2025 Season - Important Information

The first Grievance Meeting of the year will take place on MAY 24th 9AM @ the Pavillion.
DUMP NOW OPEN DAILY 8:30AM - 3:30PM for leaves and brush only. (Weather permitting)
GOLF CART REGISTRATION is now available daily at the office from 9AM to 3PM. Must provide golf cart insurance and a valid license. The registration fee is $100 for electric and $50 for gas.
BURN BAN IS IN EFFECT until further notice.
SPRING THAW IS IN EFFECT until further notice. There is a 10 ton (20,000 pounds) limit. Any vehicle over the 10 ton limit will not be allowed on property. Propane deliveries will be allowed.
2025 Dues are to be paid in full by May 31, 2025 to remain in good standing. The link is posted below. Payments can be made by mail, phone, on-line through our website, in person, or use the drop box outside the office. Payments made by credit/debit will incur a 3% fee on top of the regular charge. Current office hours are Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30AM-4:30PM. Office number is 570-296-8542.

REMINDERS:
1/4 DUES LOTS: Trails End POA will not be approving any new 1/4 dues lots.
PROPERTY RENTALS: All property rentals must be a minimum of 30 days and be registered with the Office and Security. A completed and signed registration form needs to be filled out and signed by the property owner and renter(s) in the office before the rental starts. A copy of a government photo ID is required.
DOGS ON COMMON GROUNDS: Trails End POA Rules & Regulations states all dogs must be leashed at all times. Pets are not allowed on common grounds (playground, ballfield, basketball courts, office area, etc). ALL owners are responsible for picking up after their pet(s). All service animals must be registered with the office.
LEAKING HYDRANTS: All leaking hydrants are to be reported to the office, as well as, any visible water leaks! This will help keep our water usage down which is necessary to keep us from having to meter each lot.
HYDRANTS: Must be disconnected by October 15th. All hydrants must be visible at all times. Structures and/or locks are not permitted around or on hydrants. If the maintenance staff is required to remove such item a $25.00 service charge will be billed to the property owner.
